Processing Time

Orders are shipped from Castalia, Ohio, within 2 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Area

We ship merchandise to the 48 contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping

For merchandise without an included free-shipping offer:

• Orders under $75: $6.99
• Orders from $75 to $119.99: $4.99
• Orders of $120 or more: Free

These thresholds use the order total after discounts and before taxes.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time.

Free-Shipping Bundles

The following products include free shipping:

Estimated transit time for these bundles is 5–8 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time.

Adding other merchandise to a free-shipping bundle may result in a shipping charge for the additional merchandise under the standard rates above. The bundle itself does not add a shipping charge.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided when your shipping label is created. Updates may not appear until the carrier scans your package.
