Return and Refund Policy – LakeErieJason Fishing

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email lakeeriejason@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Please contact us before mailing your return so we can provide instructions and the return address.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers pay return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee applies, calculated on the price actually paid for the returned merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.

Approved refunds cover the returned merchandise price minus this fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any applicable tax adjustment will be included in the refund.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please contact us promptly if we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective.

LakeErieJason Fishing will cover return shipping when a return is needed. No restocking fee applies to these returns. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

We will inspect your return and notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
